How to apply a patch to your N2W server

Summary

This article shows the steps required to apply a patch to your N2W server. 
 

Description
Before applying any patches to the N2W server, it is recommended that you take a snapshot of the N2W data volume.

1. Download the patch from the Release Notes of your N2W version.

2. Go to General Settings, then choose "Patches".

3. Click on Choose file.

4. Choose the patch to install and then click Open.

5. Click on Upload and install.

6. Please confirm the uploading and installing the patch by clicking

"Upload and install".

  

7. You will get a progress circle and then it will show applied. 

If the patch you installed does not show up, please try stopping and starting the N2W instance in the AWS console. Then check the  console again after the N2W instance completes it initialization.
